     The United States Tax Court hears 95% of all IRS tax disputes decided by a Court. It is imperative for any taxpayer who has an IRS tax dispute heading towards the United States Tax Court to hire an experienced tax attorney who has a solid understanding of the United States Tax Court's more than 200 unique and technical Court rules.      Since 1984, I have successfully represented more than one thousand clients in resolving their IRS tax disputes. I teach Tax Court litigation techniques to aspiring tax attorneys as a part-time tax law professor at the University of San Diego school of law.
